We created High Ball; the campaign that compares personalisation to a game of pinball.
Just like a skilful pinball player learns the quirks of a machine and anticipates its movements, personalisation involves understanding customer preferences and behaviours. And, much like pinball keeps players coming back for more, personalisation encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
The campaign included a digital pinball game and personalisation guide that users could customise to suit their business needs – both were pushed out across emails and social.
