From working behind the scenes at the F1 to filming the latest Game of Thrones, employees at Sky love to talk about their work. Leveraging that insight, we developed ‘A job you love to talk about’; an employer brand that defines the Sky employee experience.
To bring the brand to life, we used real Sky content and quote-style headlines to place employees at the heart of the excitement – highlighting the opportunities they couldn't wait to share.
The brand was pushed out across various touchpoints, including social and a brand-new careers site.
